This is a response to The Winning Hand's Rogue deckbuilding challenge! As a 4-cost ally, Rogue's expensive, so who better to play her with than the original money hero!
The core idea is for Rogue to get the Wakanda trait from Black Panther himself (in hero or alter-ego!) so that Okoye can boost her stats. Energy Barrier is in here to deflect the damage from Rogue's Action onto an enemy, and to add to Panther's damage on the villain phase for Change of Fortune. Repurpose isn't going to boost Rogue's stats at all, but it is a cheap event that will squeeze extra use out of the tech upgrades in the player phase.
