"I'm here to Join Forces!"

On the most recent episode of the Winning Hand Podcdast boomguy challenged players to come up with decks using Joining Forces. He also made the point that Joining Forces works best in multiplayer. What I have elected to do here is not to make a deck using Joining Forces, but instead to make a deck that is designed to be played alongside a Joining Forces deck. Feel free to use this deck alongside your Joining Forces designs or to make a deck specifically to take advantage of this build.

I used Nelson All Over Cards Scarlet Witch deck (Scarlet Witch - Joining Forces) to test this and the two worked well together.

How do we promote Joining Forces? First by including Avengers and Guardians allies that are not available in Leadership decks. Unfortunately, Spider-Man does not trigger when put into play, so he had to stay home, but we end up with 3 of each team and a nice mix of thwarting and attacking. All of these can benefit from Field Agent to remove consequential damage when Maria is in hero form.

Command Team and Cosmic Alliance allow rapid use of allies and Cosmic Alliance can even be used to ready hero Avengers and Guardians. Meanwhile, The Bellerophon, Lay the Trap and Sky-Destroyer assist with damage.

There are going to be times where Joining Forces is not useful, but you still can use The Circe to put free allies out for you and your teammates.

This deck relies heavily on allies to do it's thwarting but it does have Homeland Intervention to do some direct threat reduction, exhausting allies to power this card is another way to extend their utility and lifespan.

I wanted to include The Triskelion in this deck, but every Joining Forces deck I saw going up in response to the podcast was already using it. If your teammates are not including it, I recommend swapping it for The Bellerophon.

You could add 1-3 S.H.I.E.L.D. Deputy card to your deck to play on your teammates allies. This would allow them to benefit from your Field Agent cards, if you want to share.
