Ever met somebody you swear you’ve seen before? Ever see the same thing happen in a different place and think there’s a glitch in the matrix?
What if you could make it happen every turn?
Well now you can, with this one easy trick!
All you need is a bleeding edge, high tech, maximum security prison for supervillains, owned by a shadowy secret government organization!
And here’s how it works! First, you find a bad guy, (using our proprietary Infiltration technology) then you take em out using whatever method you prefer, then you lock them in the aforementioned S.H.I.E.L.D facility!*

Once you have as many minions as you feel comfortable with having in (and maybe out) of the raft, you can enjoy all the Star-lord goodness you get from having 1-4 encounter cards every turn that you can guarantee aren’t an issue.

**Since you don’t need to exhaust the raft to use it, you can always have a global logistics target, which means you can stack the deck to always pull a minion for “what could go wrong?”!
