This deck has Nightcrawler teleporting all over the board, slicing up minions and the villain.
This is a multiplayer deck but at the end of the writeup I'll give you the solo changes.
Every event costs 2 or less!
Clobber can deal damage then return to hand and be pitched for Jarnbjorn, a Bamf of just used to pay for something in your hand.
Firepower and 'Port and Punch are there to defeat multiple enemies at once for cheap (teleporting and slicing). Aggressive Energy and Warrior Skill are there to increase the damage. Hall of Heroes for your reward for defeating the minions.
Prehensile Tail gives you an extra restricted slot, since your Cutlasses take up 2 but I included Side Holster as an "extra copy" for flexibility.
Lock and Load to pull any of your 3 Weapons.
Wolverine for Side Arm. Synch to increase your defense or Thwart. Hope grabs a Superpower card.
Stepford Cuckoos to teleport out of the way of a bad treachery.
Plenty of resource generators between your tail, Martial Prowess, X-Jet and Deft Focus.
This deck is super flexible too because if there's not a lot of minions your attacks can all be aimed at the Villain instead. You're not locked into having to attack minions.
I play 2 handed so having minions in play was never an issue for me.
For SOLO-
Drop 2 Clobbers for Spoiled for a Fight or just simply play a 42 card deck.

Jun 23, 2025I was proxying firepower the other night for my Venom deck and I was thinking Nightcrawler would probably like it too. This looks really good! |

Hall of Heroes and an axe? Has Kurt converted to Norse? Perhaps he's going through a crisis of faith after an especially rough time. I try to stay thematic, and there are a lot easy ways to fit that. Just call Jarnbjorn Hopesword, and Hall of Heroes, Angel of Death, lol. Nice use of Hope and Side Holster! Stepford Cuckoos is crazy good; should see that in more X-men decks, because they don't have much in the way of treachery control like other heroes.
