It's a Sidekick deck! I've been able to deal out 40+ damage on several occasions with this deck.
The key is to get T'Challa out with Sidekick, Okoye, Dora Milaje, Panther Claws and Command Team.
Bonus if you can get Ayo or Aneka out as well to trigger Okoye's ability a second time.
To get setup we have 2 copies of Suit Up as well as Call for Backup and Build Support to get T'challa and the Dora Milaje online more quickly.
In AE we have the potential for a ton of card draw with Moon Girl and the The Elephant's Trunk. Atlas Bear is here mainly to be a target for the trunk but can also grab an event from the top of your deck. This can potentially get you side by side or wakanda forever.
If you are able to play Moon Girl and trigger the trunk in the same turn you can end up with a max of 12 cards in hand! 3 from Moon Girl which is relatively easy to hit with Ingenuity and Vibranium as well as 3 from the trunk.
You can also exhaust Shuri to put an upgrade into play and then ready from Ready to Rumble when you flip to hero.
The 3 copies of command team are here for those turns we trigger the trunk to then still get activations from our allies.
Combo:
Once set up a turn can look like this:
Had white Wolf, T'challa and Okoye in play.
Use Dora Milaje to Activate Okoye's ability boosting Shuri up to 2.
White Wolf and Okoye attack for 2 each.
Use Ingenuity to play Wakanda Forever triggering the claws, Spider Bites and Vibranium Suit dealing 4 damage.
T'challa attack for 2 trigger claws for 2 more.
Shuri attack for 2 trigger claws for 2 more.
Play side by side boosting Shuri and T'challa to 3.
Both attack for 3 and trigger the claws each time for 4 total.
Play a second Side by Side boosting them to 4 each.
Attack for 4 each and trigger the claws each time for 4 more.
Use command team to ready T'Challa and attack for 4 more with another 2 from the claws.
In total this obliterated the villain for a total of 44 damage!
Overall this deck has been a ton of fun and really strong. I'd love to hear any feedback or experiences with it!

May 03, 2025The Dora Milaje is such a weird archetype. The payoff feels big once you get it set up, but it seems hard to get set up to me. I bet this deck can do a ton of output once you get that full set up. I like that 44 damage combo you outlined. |

I agree that the Dora are a but strange as well as expensive and it takes a second to setup but they are pretty self sustaining with the Dora support healing once per turn. Lot of up front cost for long term benefits in my opinion. Shuri also has the resources to pay for them with Vibranium and her Elephant Trunk. Call for Backup is pretty key here and in something like Justice you could run chance encounter combined with skilled Investigator to bring them to hand and have the resources to pay for them. |

Looks great! Mine is similar, but I didn't run any Dora Milaje cards.
