Silk knowing what is coming up in the encounter deck is going to give her some real power. Global Logistics, Going Undercover and Blindfold are here for her to do that.
The new card Quick Quip and Upside the Head let you confuse; with Quick Quip actually enabling you to confuse a steady villain.
Silk also has 8 superpower traited cards; which makes Deft Focus a worthwhile addition to her deck; and her genius trait allows for Ingenuity.
Monica Chang, The Raft, Helicarrier and Surveillance Team are all there as Global Logistics targets.
I love Even the Odds with Passion for Justice; but I'm usually playing 4 player. If solo; I'd swap them out for Sonic Rifle, Overwatch and Skilled Investigator.
