The Tech

Shuri, wants to be in alter ego as often as possible to take advantage of her Inventor ability. What better way to get to alter ego than confusing the villain? The first thing you're going to want to do is use her ability to fetch the Sonic Rifle which is a tech upgrade! It only costs 1 with her reduction. Once you get the villain in a confused loop, you can go to alter-ego basically every other turn to start setting up all your Black Panther upgrades.

The Engines The Elephant's Trunk, One Way or Another, Clear the Area, and Atlas Bear are your main card draw engines. Use them to draw your tech pieces, or your confusion dealers while you continue to assemble the tribe.

The Dora Milaje

Ayo Okoye and Aneka May be weak alone, but once you assemble the tribe, they will start to pop off, and you can keep the chain going with the Dora Milaje support card to add additional triggers. Combine that with all the confusions and extra damage from Float Like a Butterfly and your well trained militia will tear through the enemy.

**Pretty obvious here, but this deck will not work well against steady or stalwart Villains.
