The idea behind the deck it's using the old combo with Agent 13 and alpha flight station.
Captain Marvel doesn't have Avenger trais as alter ego. So, the honorary Avenger fulfill this flaw.
As Avenger in alter ego, Carol Denver can exploit the alpha flight, drawing 2 card, attack with Agent 13, untapping alpha flight, drawing 2 cards, untapping Agent 13 and healing 1 point of damage with Inspiring Presence and United We Stand
Inspiring Presence is a Hero action, Carol wouldn't be able to use it on Alter-ego...
