Double voltron where every* card readies and heals a Voltron’d ally?!
Play cheap allies to help block until you’re setup. Flip down to heal and tutor your signature allies or a temporal resource. Once setup discard cards to ready and heal your super identity specific allies.
Malcom and Randall don’t always get enough attention when I build for Bishop, but this time is different. This deck doesn’t prioritize Bishop’s armor or rifle! It’s only running five resource cards outside his kit, and those are really just for the symbols on them.
With Malcom and Randall properly inspired and trained in the danger room, they do 4-5 damage and 3-4 thwart per card with a printed punch or lightning symbol. This is nuts! Can you imagine your entire deck being zero cost events that deal 5 damage or remove 4 threat? You can now!
*one of the Voltron upgrades has printed science, but you’re supposed to put those on the signature allies anyway.
I love the idea of this deck and I'm giving it a heart to keep the dream alive, but Both Malcom and Randall require resource cards with fist or lightning, not just any card.
