You're gonna be drawing cards, discarding cards, sifting cards, searching cards, placing cards, and deciding what to make cards do. It's a card game, so even if you lose, you win!

This is a deflection deck using Shield Spell and Deflection to prevent big swings of damage against you and your allies. Magic Shield will amplify your ability to do this and pick the right spots to mop up some inflated villain attacks (i'm looking at you Juggernaut). Defensive Training and Jocasta will help to fetch shield spell for you.

Digging Deep included to hit on deflection and shield spell mill effects, with Spiritual Meditation included as a mill effect to allow you to search for cards.

Get Behind Me! included for the inevitable game-wrecking treachery that will hit your board due to all the drawing and sifting. Basic Spell as an all-rounder to help you get what you need in a pinch.
