This deck is inspired by Web-Warrior Fanatic's recent foray into "I Work Alone," created by RitzyReels.
After seeing "I Work Alone," I thought it had potential for Hulk because it shores up his weakness of small handsize and Hulk doesn't have any character-specific allies.
Despite being in aggression aspect, this deck has 11 cards that remove threat between Into the Fray, Looking for Trouble, Smash the Problem, and Sub-Orbital Leap. Looking for Trouble helps to trigger the draw condition for "I Work Alone." This provides access to thwarting while leveraging Hulk's big damage to keep the scheme at bay long enough to win.
If you wanted to try this build in Justice, One Way or Another would do the same thing for you that Looking for Trouble does in this deck.
Helicarrier vs. Quincarrier. I prefer Helicarrier because it's a physical resource which fits Hulk's kit better. Not a big deal or much difference either way.
2 copies each of deft focus or ingenuity instead of avengers mansion or limitless stamina could be argued for more consistency in building out quick.
