This is the deck I used to defeat the RORS campaign on Expert solo. Some keys to the deck are getting under surveillance out that’s why I included 2 plus they are engery resources for lighting strike. 2 spycraft to stop Loki bc seriously he sucks. Clear the area to help thwart.
I took the Emergency Teleport and Thwart upgrade. 2 Thwart is so much better than 1 and I rarely used my ATK on the Villian. mainly lighting strikes and hammer throws. Lighting is great way to avoid retaliate.
