Subtitle: Stealing Cap's Big Line.

Based on my I Got That Reference Captain America deck, this is my current pass at an effective multi-purpose Black Panther deck.

The Allies My aim was to keep the cost curve low and the power level high, since while T'Challa can afford the big guys when necessary he also has to pay for several upgrades as soon as possible. For once I plan on using Honorary Avenger - this is a much slower deck than Cap's and swearing-in (almost) any of the four non-Avenger characters will pay off in the long run. We'll be planning to keep characters around for as long as possible, particularly to play Strength In Numbers and delve for those Wakanda Forever!s and upgrades. Avengers Assemble! is not quite as ridiculous as when Steve Rogers says it (ridiculous as in powerful!) but it's still plenty good here, offering an alternative method of spike that can realistically be played alongside a Wakanda Forever!. Actually, jeez, with upgrades and allies in play that's one hell of a turn.

The Other Stuff The exhaust-for-a-resource cards (Enhanced Awareness and Enhanced Reflexes) are a welcome addition to Black Panther's life, making it far easier to keep essential single cards in hand and/or pay out for those biiiig turns. Notable omissions include Quinjet - which I still think is too slow to make the cut; Avengers Mansion - this is currently being replaced by Honorary Avenger, but may make it back into play despite me not getting it down on the table for nearly a dozen games. Perhaps T'Challa will play slow enough to make it worth it.

Oh, yeah, almost forgot about Morale Boost. Hmmm. This might be another candidate to replace Honorary Avenger, though I suspect outside of Cap it'll feel a little underwhelming.
