Bishop is so much fun to play!
It should be stated up front that I primarily play standard one multiplayer. At the level I am playing at, the risk reward play pattern in this deck is very fun to navigate. It does take some getting used to and at first I had some very bad turns as my deck got thin and I realized it was only resource cards and I had all the money and literally nothing to do with it. But once I played enough to get better at using the [Energy Conversion](/card/45009) card at the correct moment this deck smoothed out nicely!
The fact that you do have a lot of money in this deck does make cards that you can return to hand like [Impede](/card/18016) very good. Also cards that are money sinks like [Husk](/card/47012), [Malcolm](/card/45002) and [Randall](/card/45003) are great! But being able to play big events is the main reason I enjoy Bishop!
[Crisis Averted](/card/15012) and [Three Steps Ahead](/card/47015) are both very impactful and very playable on the regular in this deck! [Three Steps Ahead](/card/47015) can regularly thwart for six since [Stored Energy](/card/45010) has two types of energy printed right on it! Also [The Power of Justice](/card/01062) makes two wild resources and one of them can be designated as wild and the next as any other resource type, making [Three Steps Ahead](/card/47015) thwart high numbers even more consistently!
I’ve included [Superpower Training](/card/40059) as a way to go get [Bishop's Uniform](/card/45005) which makes surviving all the hits much easier! [Symbiote Suit](/card/27191)and [Endurance](/card/05023) also help in the hit points department!
Thanks for checking out this deck and for reading my breakdown!
