A little bit of a strange deck build. This deck is meant to be used in multiplayer where another player can give you the Leadership team card Guardians of the Galaxy. I've published the following deck as a companion: https://marvelcdb.com/decklist/view/45701/rougket-raccoon-1.0
The idea is Rogue can pass out Honorary cards and ally upgrades while benefiting off Guardians of the Galaxy (using either honorary guardian or Touched). Ideally she thins out her deck this way. I think Rouge is going to want to keep her allies alive to preserve Guardians of the Galaxy (Particularly if one of the X-men has Honorary Guardian) however I think the paired Rocket deck can be used to chump block in certain scenarios. If rouge gets the upgrades back she can just pass them out again and get the card draw.
