Phoenix Rises to Dive Bomb

The basic idea of this deck is to use a variety of cards to confuse the villain and using allies to deal damage. This allows Phoenix to stay in restrained for most of the game building up. Once Dark Phoenix comes up or honed technique is played Phoenix can flip to Unleashed and burst the villain down with Dive Bomb, her allies and her improved hero cards.
