The linked inspiration deck is great, but I use 2 Avengers so that Call for Aid doesn't mill the entire deck so often, which triggers so many extra encounter cards when recycling the deck that frequently. Certain villains seem to thrive on those extra encounters. Discarding still happens pretty fast, but the mill speed feels a little more controlled so that your power can ramp up faster than the extra encounter trouble. I also added a few more cost cards for Domino's x2 bonus ability. The inspiration deck's Leadership Training has been replaced with Black Panther for the purpose of getting certain Leadership Events out of the Discard pile. There are also a few more resources due to those increases in costs.

4.0 Edit: I swapped in Squirrel Girl to replace Hawkeye because Hawkeye wants to sit in the battlefield too long until he's out of arrows, and I really need an Avenger that wants to cycle back into the deck in case I need to use another Call for Aid. An Avenger with an on-play effect is more ideal. Hawkeye was just a cool card I hadn't tried that would go really well in another deck where you don't mind him hanging around for a while waiting for minions to spawn.

5.0 Edit: I swapped in Command Team to replace Med Lab. I actually prefer allies returning to the discard/deck, especially since Domino's allies have cost, and I need Avengers in the deck to halt a Call for Aid sequence. Med Lab was mostly useful for a couple of allies, while Command Team is helpful for any ally, allowing you to exhaust certain effects twice a turn at key moments.

6.0 Edit: Black Panther is often a central fixture of this design due to Call for Aid. I swapped out some of the permanent leadership support cards because it helps if the team members rotate in and out faster. Instead, I swapped in a few Leadership Events to give Black Panther more great options to pull out of the Discard pile and have ready to go.

General Domino Tips, especially with this deck: Make sure to prioritize Lucky Break to help counter the extra encounters from an empty deck refresh. In a team game, that can turn those extra encounters into an advantage by making you more likely to be the player to intercept the worst encounters (Nemesis) and skip them. Another way to delay your empty deck is to be sure to reshuffle Jackpot! back into the deck when discarded, and use Domino's swap ability to return it back to the deck if you drew it. That becomes super powerful when Jackpot is repeatedly cycling back into a shrinking deck, while also making your deck last a lot longer before empty.
