This deck has worked very well in both solo and with a partner deck. Like all Iron Man decks, the early game is the biggest issue fishing for tech. Mulligans can help you to cycle for it faster, though, if you whiff on a turn.
Late game, Mulligan also lets you redraw your hand when you flip INTO hero form to get a full hand of 7 cards. You can use Blackout, Tic-Tac-Toe, Stick-to-itiveness, and/or make yourself flying with the rest of the hand before you use Mulligan, since it only needs to be your first card PLAYED in a turn. It doesn't prevent the actions with a cost from happening and still being able to play it.
Triple resources let you play the 3 cost cards that are through the deck faster. Once you flip up it can be hard to maintain full hit points at times, but I rarely had issue getting myself back to full health when I had Healing Factor and could take multiple basic actions a turn. Use my actual abilities until I only have one go left. Drop down and heal. Next turn, heal and pop up.
The side schemes just create some consistency in getting parts, and the Specialized training I usually use for the attack upgrade. Going 3 times a turn is decent with a 2 attack supplementing his already solid attacks...well, Supersonic Punch. Thinning down the deck with all the cards that stay in play also helps draw those cards more often.
Don't bother ever playing Repulsor Blast.
