A Justice version of my The God-King of Cost-Efficiency that is more tailored towards lower player numbers. For the full write-up on why maximising the number of resource cards is the best way to play Bishop, look there.

This deck tanks 1 less villain attack per turn (due to not having Nightcrawler) and instead has Husk to function as an infinite resource dump. As a tiny side benefit, Determination and Passion for Justice are a bit more useful to this deck than their Protection counterparts.
