First draft for jubilee. Idea is to use surveillance team (and beat cop) to remove shopping spree threat easily. Monica Chang is a must have with surveillance team.

Chance encounter and followed reward you to defeat shopping spree.

The main target for chance encounter (and side arm+ mission training) is of course wolverine, professor X and Monica Chang are strong repatable targets once wolverine is in play.

/!\ to get the item with shopping spree you have to defeat it with your identity, so the common play will be to remove the first threat with a support and the last by exhausting your alter-ego.
