This is a "third (wo)man" deck I use with my playgroup. Thanks to her diverse on-board kit, ability to pad all three of her stats, and now access to the variety of the 'Pool aspect, Spider-Woman can put out a variety of fires at a table with a dedicated Aggression and dedicated Justice player (or other dedicated damage-dealer and thwarter).
Your first pass through your deck is mostly setup, with priorities being Stick-To-Itiveness, your Finesses, and Captain Marvel for the all-important sixth card per turn. Your goal is to play at least two aspect cards per turn and untap at least once--but fully-loaded, Jessica here can reliably pump her stats to four or even five apiece for big swingy turns. The extra healing and Contaminant Immunity all her to stay in hero form most of the game.
I have tried many different blue cards to fill out the deck and am currently using United We Stand for our expert campaign, as it reliably heals three from around the table and keeps Cap alive for more turns. It's also an extra Strength resource to feed to Stick-To-Itiveness. All told I expect to contributes 13-18 total points of damage, thwart, and/or healing per turn in the mid to late game.

Mar 20, 2024Important note: this deck absolutely wants SOMEONE at the table to run Superhero Training so you can fetch a Finesse ASAP. Usually one of my compatriots carries that one while I bring Call for Backup. If no one else at your table has it, sub out one United We Stand and Blackout for Superhero Training and a Strength double-resource, to keep your ratios right. |

I haven't used spider woman in the pool aspect yet but I've been wanting to. I really like Make the Call all of her resources make it easy to pay for them. Thanks for sharing!
