All about the defense and that retaliate. First cycle through your deck, don't even worry about getting your Black Panther upgrades out (depending on the villian, feel free to sit in alter-ego and try to get Golden City out). Get your defensive upgrades out and defend until you get your BP upgrades out. Eventually, with all upgrades out, you'll have so much vibranium left that you'll be able to pay your 4-cost allies easily. War Machine, Luke Cage, Fury. Notice the theme? We have ourselves some NWA out here ready to protect and serve some foolz!

Lots of fun with this one. Lockjaw is in there simply because with all that vibranium, you can keep calling him back as necessary.

I made a deck like this a while back, it's so much fun dealing all the damage back. Indomitable is a really good addition in here and the name of this deck is one of my favorites I've seen lol

Nice! I just made a Black Panther retaliate deck also, but I see you beat me to the punch! :) We took it in slightly different directions though. Lockjaw is awesome with all those doubles.
