This deck isn't highly optimized, but Rogue is strong enough that it doesn't need to be. Survivability is very high, but you need to work a bit to keep threat under control.
Unless you get a very strong start with your upgrades, you want to get Multiple Man out quickly. He'll help keep you alive for your first time through your deck. After that, you should be set up enough that you can handle pretty much anything the villain throws at you.
You shouldn't have to flip to alter-ego, but if you do you have access to confuse through Goin' Rogue so make use of that if you have to.
This deck uses a mix of damage when you defend and stuns. The flexibility should help keep you alive - if one method fails, you have a backup, and you're at less risk of being overwhelmed. This could create a weakness with not enough defensive cards, but Bulletproof Belle is so strong it helps make up for it.
Note that all of your resource generators are limited in what they can be applied to. The X-Jet is the most flexible (and the most expensive) but it doesn't work in alter-ego. Deft Focus only works for superpowers, but most of your identity-specific cards are superpowers so that's not a huge limitation.
Specialized Training is not a given in this deck, unless you're playing multiplayer and nobody else is bringing it. Use it to get Defense Specialist.
If you run out of health too fast, swap in What Doesn't Kill Me or Momentum Shift. Your physical resources are largely on cards you want to play, but you've got the X-Jet to help with that.
You generally want to put Touched on the villain, but when you have an Energy Transfer you want to play you can sometimes do something clever with that and Superpower Adaptation. Or sometimes you just want to hit a low-health minion with Southern Cross and do some overkill damage on the villain.
