Cheap Shots is a deck idea I've played around with for a while, in the hopes I could load up a Hero with a bunch of 0-1 cost cards. Not sure why I landed on Hawkeye, but with the introduction of Directed Force in Psylocke's pack, I knew I wanted to throw them in with Hawkeye at some point and, well...here we are.
Directed Force pairs amazingly with Hawkeye's Bow (giving his Arrows Ranged), and he's got 6 Attack Arrows that can play off this. Who wouldn't want an 8-Damage Vibranium Arrow? Or arrows that can hit for 5 + Stun/Confuse? Just load 'em up in your Hawkeye's Quiver and wait to combo with those event cards!
The Basic Resources are here because they can still find use in bringing out Allies (there's 8 that cost 2 or more), or paying for Arrows when your Expert Marksman's have already been exhausted.
Strength In Numbers and Assess the Situation are here for some bigger hand sizes.
That's about all there is to it, really.
Explosive Arrow is not an Attack and so it does not work with Directed Force.
