Psylocke X-Team-Building

Synopsis

Time to get the X-Men and X-Force together for a corporate retreat filled with trust falls, scavenger hunts, and moral boosting compliment circles.

Another iteration is to do the Cerebro loop. Swap 3x team building for cerebro, build support, quincarrier. Play mostly in AE looping the psionic allies.

Mulligan

X-Gene: You're going to stay in hero, so best to get this turn one so you don't have to flip down for it later.

Team-Building Exercise or Helicarrier: There's three copies of team building and one Helicarrier in the deck. Should be able to find at least one if you hard mulligan for them.

General Strategy

Send out Corporate Retreat Invitations:

1/4 of the deck is allies. You will see your allies regularly. Team-Building Exercise is effectively a 2 cost Helicarrier that you can have multiple copies of on the board. Every Psionic and X-Force trait card in your deck becomes 1 cheaper.

Scavenger Hunts:

You have Caliban and Pixie to find more buddies. Beast will find you resource cards. Hope Summers finds Telepathy and Telekinesis. Fantomex finds his precious E.V.A. Training Regimen finds Leadership Skill. Call for Backup finds the whole table an ally. Everyone will have a blast looking for cards.

Trust Falls:

Psylocke can manipulate her stats. Make use of 3 attack or thwart per turn, by letting your allies tank the enemy.

Compliment Circles:

Burn through Leadership Skill. Can tutor it with Training Regimen. Use it multiple times a turn with multiple allies for that sweet extra value.
