A deck Centered around cycling own deck for powerful hero specific cards and triggering soul world to stay in the fight. If you get the right tempo of discard to empty you can go the entire game without needing to basic recover and instead heal everything with Soul World!
Soul World: This is a key component card. If you draw this this should be highest priority to play!
If you do not get this early you should slow initial damage if possible to build up upgrades on the board to aid Adam's ability to use battle mage and re-stand with cards like Warlock's Cape.
Card Cycle: This is the next key area of play. You will need to keep tempo with the villain attacks by using both Adam's identity specific cards like Quantum Magic to manage threat on main and side schemes whilst dealing damage with Karmic Blast. All the while you will be getting closer to running your deck through and gaining the all important charge on Soul World.
In addition use Magic Attack, Shield Spell, Summoning Spell and Zone of Silence to aid this deck cycle using whichever aids managing the board state at the time of play.
Cosmic Entities DO NOT SLEEP ON THESE CARDS! These cards are massively underrated in my opinion and are a perfect set of cards to play with Adam's deckbuilding. They have a number of uses:
- Remove cards from your own deck helping cycle for Soul World
- Fill encounter deck with known 0 boost icon cards helping to better calculate villain turns and minimize damage in the villain phase
- If not played early in the game for best value in the above these cards can be used to trigger battle mage as a priority saving other more important cards.
Allies: These are fairly interchangeable as to your preferred choices however allies such as Captain Marvel will aid discard if needed to keep tempo along with Brother Voodoo aiding in finding powerful discard events in your deck.
Supports: Another fairly interchangeable set of supports which you can play to your preferred options with aspects, These often aren't a priority to have out in play but are nice to haves if your discard events or Warlock specific upgrades haven't been draw.
The Sorcerer Supreme: Additional hand size in Hero is fantastic with Adam especially as if you are keeping tempo you will be staying in Hero form for the majority of time relying on Soul World to heal.
Resources: Due to mix of aspect cards the "Power of..." resources aren't worth the slot over their spend to gain X aspect versions.
