My first original deck with a genuine plan other than "play good cards", All Fire No Bird's plan is to spend your Phoenix Force A resources on various power upgrades like Godslayer and Hand Cannon, then stay Unleashed and start swinging for 5 damage each basic attack plus Phoenix's insane personal cards (Telekinetic Attack my lord).

Allies are mostly there to ping Toughness counters off enemiess, while Psychic Assault, Smash the Problem, and Into the Fray all try to keep Threat under control. Psychic Assault gets special mention for being functionally unique to Phoenix and a massive help in keeping threat low while we're Unleashed.

Down Time and Ready to Rumble help with recovery moves, which not only keeps our dinky little 9 health going but also put counters back on Phoenix Force B so we can get those sweet sweet resources.

This deck is an absolute glass cannon to play, as the name kinda suggests. There's a tightrope to walk of dealing with threat, minions, and side schemes, and getting enough damage through to the main villain, and I think that itself is more fun than playing a deck that can just shut down the villain! That said, in singleplayer I've lost to the main scheme more than I'd like.

My recommendation? Juggle Confused status as much as you can, and be SURE to play White-Hot Room and Down Time so you can spend as little time in Alter-Ego mode as possible.
