You have way more than enough resources, you want a few more for For Justice. Quake is bad; the number of times a minion is going to scheme against you should be a very low #. Quincarrier would help provide a specific resource when needed vs. reducing the cost of something on Helicarrier. I like swapping 1 Surveillance Team in for 1 For Justice because it can always be played (even when there's no threat on the table), you always get full value and it has a resource. Threat prevention is better than threat removal, so Counterintelligence is a fave. Coulson not only grabs one, but he himself removes 6 threat for 3 cost. That's a one way trip to valuetown.
