R&D is kinda broken v3 now with less bodies

So this is tweaked a bit did a dry run and it runs smooth. Since you will be in alter ego a lot with Ronnie Williams and Ingenuity you can use Meditation to play free #R&D Facility, armor pieces etc. or a severe discount Avengers Mansion or Falcon. Assess the Situation gets through the deck faster and helps with early Mark 1 plays. Rapid Response keeps Falcon around to make plays with R&D debating on dropping a couple cards and adding Enhanced Reflexes to make more Falcon plays.
