• Ok, so at first I must say, that it's possible, there is a similar deck somewhere, so its clearly possible Im not the first one who made this deck.
• How it works? Its simple, just dont have any threat on the main scheme. Yes, you as Scarlet Witch will thwart most of the time and your allies will deal damage.
• So normaly you will thwart the main scheme + play Turn the Tide to thwart and deal fine damage OR you will play Clear the Area to draw a card OR play Making an Entrance to heal. The if there is no threat on the main scheme you will attack with Venom, who is SO good in this deck and/or Quasar. Then you/your allies will thwart side scheme.
• Side schemes...no one likes them, but here you LOVE them. So One Way or Another finds a side scheme for you and draw 3 cards (card draw in this deck is huge), but what now? You can easily play allies to help you with them like Jessica Jones or Quasar or Spidey, because they are SO good in that combo. If you were lucky, then after side scheme leaves play and you had Followed attached to it then you deal 4 damage and draw 1 card from Skilled Investigator. Or if YOU are thwarting those side schemes, then you can play Clear the area, Turn the Tide or Making an entrance too.

good deck but Venom is a weak card against Venom Goblin who has a lot of threat on the main schemes and this deck relies heavily on having side schemes that don't have very much threat I would definitely consider adding For Justice!. Additionally, some side schemes have an initial effect which is very nasty like Legions of Hydra but otherwise this deck shows promise
