The ability of Jessica Drew is often disregarded. The deck based on the idea, that you can controll the encounter deck almost completly. Global Logistics helps you with this. To use this card it is necessary to always have an Med Team or Surveillance Team out there. But also the Helicarrier is there for you.
The MVP in this deck seems to be Spider-Man Noir. I use most of my medical counters for him. Return the Favor helps to build him up and is also the best attack card in this deck alongside Venom Blast. You is necessary to play other Web-Worriors like Scarlet Spider or Spider-Man.
There are a lot of cool combos here:
- One Way or Another + Scarlet Spider : Draw 4 cards
- Scarlet Spider + Spider-Tingle : Look at the card before you take your damage
- Surveillance Team + Inconspicuous + Even the Odds : Clear the area and do 2-4 damage to the villain
- Global Logistics + Spider-Man / Pulse Grenade : Deal a lot of damage to the villain
- Global Logistics + Spider-Ham : Take no consequental damage
- Return the Favor + Spider-Tingle : Discard the next treachery and do 5 damage
I defeated Thanos solo on first try, but I must confess that I was lucky after Balance the Scales was revealed. I lost my resources, Spider-Ham and Spider-Tingle but my engine (Deft Focus Helicarrier Finesse) was already in play and there was still one copy from the most events in the deck. I used my allies to block big attacks and Spider-Man Noir to take control of the main scheme. The game was long and in the end there were 3 acceleration counters on it. But I removed 3 infinity stones from the game with One Way or Another and The Titan's Throne (which was my favorit target). He was beaten by Even the Odds. Perfectly balanced.
Hi there @lorion42, I just popped by to say that I enjoyed your idea of using Global Logistics with Pulse Grenade, especially as Pulse Grenade doesn't always get a lot of love. I developed a deck which leaned into the weapon keyword a bit more at marvelcdb.com
