Just a first stab at a T'Challa/Shield deck. The idea si to make up for T'Challa's poor thwart with the Shield package focused on chipping away threat. You stay in alter ego mode and build up a huge board leaving you only with Wakanda Forevers. Helicarrier is the main target for Agents 13.
