Capturing Scudmunchers and collecting Units!

This deck revolves around utilizing Rocket's high natural thwarting ability, and readying him over and over again with the likes of I've Got a Plan and Justice Served. Your allies are here to help with the thwarting and protecting Rocket from any pesky attacks.

I also designed this deck to be able to do chip damage to minions. This combined with rocket's arsenal of upgrades will allow you to trigger his ability pretty often. Probably not as consistent as an aggression deck, but good enough so that it feels like rocket's idea of what serving Justice will look like.
