This is my build for Avengers Leadership.
The allies are all Avengers, and the goal is to get out 4 or 5 of them out at once and launch the Strength in Numbers and Avengers Assemble combo.
3 Avengers Assemble and 3 Strength in Numbers is more for consistency and maximizing the chance of drawing the combo when you need it.
The 2 Teamworks are the only real flex cards. You could consider Rapid Response, but this is already a very expensive deck.
Pair with a Protection deck for maximum synergy.
