Circumvent Wanda's low attack by summoning an army of allies to attack for her - all empowered by Boot Camp for extra damage. Chump block with expended attackers to allow Wanda to build her resource generators, then use Hex Bolts and Molecular Decays to start dealing big damage to the villain.
Note - Use Magic Shields to save blockers from weaker attacks to preserve them for later blocks.
