What if Hulk was more of a Care Bear? Don't you think he has not had enough of all this violence??? This deck tries to make him the universal blocker. The one that will turn the other cheek over, and over, and over... until he smashes!
In a nutshell, the idea is to ready hulk as often as possible so he can take almost all the dmg. Desperate Defense, Never Back Down are your main go to. They should ensure that you soak a lot of dmg to your teammates.
And when he finally feels weak (because he could have a maximum of 25 hp, making him healthier then a lot of lvl 1 villains!!!) he can simply go back to good old sciency Bruce Banner and heal back up to full in no time with the help of Down Time, Banner's Laboratory and Recuperation.
