Contents: Chosen Underling villain (see rulebook p. 5). Chosen villain's set, Stop the Presses! set, and Standard set. Two modular encounter sets (Tombstone and Tracksuit Mafia).

Setup: Put the Daily Bugle environment into play. Each player puts a random Daily Bugle support from this encounter set into play under their control. Remove each remaining Daily Bugle support from the game.

Forced Response: After an enemy makes an undefended attack against you, choose:

• Place 2 threat here (3 threat instead in expert mode).

• Remove 1 stamina counter from a Daily Bugle support you control.

If a Daily Bugle support leaves play or this stage is completed, the players lose the game.
