Contents: Chosen Underling villain (see rulebook p. 5). Chosen villain's set, Protection Racket set, and Standard set. Two modular encounter sets (Disasters and Tracksuit Mafia).

Setup: Each player chooses a single Protection Racket main scheme (at random in expert mode), places it in their play area, and flips it to its 1B side. Set each unused main scheme aside, out of play.

Forced Interrupt: When excess damage is dealt to an ally (in expert mode, an ally or minion) in this play area, place an equal amount of threat on this scheme.

If any main scheme is completed or any player is eliminated, the players lose the game.
