This deck works great in solo, but truly shines when it is teamed up with a Wasp deck, like my very own "Girl gets Goliath" deck. You just have to remember that only one Quincarrier can be in play, and you might need to change some allies, like Ironheart.

Green is the worst color of all the aspects, but still a ton of fun to play and the recent GMW cards have improved it quite a bit, especially Hard to Ignore. If you were to ask me, "What's your favorite protection hero?" I would instantly respond, Ant-Man, hands down. So here's my latest take on that.

Let me lay out why Ant-Man is so good in the aspect. The biggest reason is his ability to win the game passively, especially with Army of Ants and his two hero abilities. The second reason is his ability to stay in hero form (forms) forever, as green doesn't like AE form (although Hard to Ignore gives more freedom there). I played one game during a RORS campaign, forget the villain, and Ant-Man was stunned on the second turn. I went on to dominate the game, winning several turns later, without ever bothering to remove the stun status!

With solid defense, Perseverance, Ant-Man's Helmet, and Pym Particles you can easily keep Ant-Man at full health, making Dauntless a perfect addition to his tools for passive damage. With Electrostatic Armor and Energy Barrier you never need to attack! Hard to Ignore is a way to passively remove threat and everything else can be done with allies.

As I said in the opening, this deck is the most fun when you pair it with a heavy hitting Wasp deck, letting her be the finisher. It's an especially fun way to introduce a new player to the game. You have a blast as the protector while your friend gets to destroy the villain.

Who says you can't defend your way to victory?

I have a similar deck for Hulk and Captain Marvel. They're a lot of fun, and so tough to kill. Have you thought about switching one of your allies out for Nova? Coupled with Quincarrier, that's an extra 2 damage per round without attacking.
