This is version two of this deck, where I dropped the S.H.I.E.L.D. support and leaned much harder into card draw. You'll hit all for aspects much more consistently now to make better use of Go All Out for the big "swing". But if you don't have access to Go All Out at the right time, you can still take advantage of her high stats with extra readies using Self-Propelled Glide and Justice Served.

Draw Cards:

  • Captain Marvel (Spider-Woman Kit)
  • Maria Hill
  • Nick Fury - I tested White Tiger in this spot for a while because she's cheaper and an aspect card, so I could use Finesse to pay for her. But Nick is more versatile and combos with Rapid Response: if you block with him and he's defeated he'll come back in and draw you more cards before being discarded at the end of the round.
  • One Way or Another - Threat is not a problem with this deck, so I'm never concerned with another scheme in play. But make sure you know how many Side Schemes are left in the Encounter Deck. I ran Chance Encounter for a while, but it's a dead card after you've defeated all the side schemes (at least until you cycle trough the Encounter Deck).
  • Strength In Numbers - I average two cards with this, but have gotten four a couple times with Stinger in play.
  • Clear the Area
  • I had Skilled Investigator for a LONG time, but after adding more card draw with other cards I swapped it out for a second Justice Served.

Recur Allies:

  • Make the Call
  • Rapid Response: Combos well with any of your allies depending on what you need at the time. My favorites are Nick, Captain Marvel, and Maria Hill, but I've used it on Monica Chang and Coulson too. Coulson is interesting because you can block with him, get him back into play "ready" and get RR back to your hand.

@AvengersAssemble: I do not think that "Make the Call gets around his resource requirement". The requirement keyword (on Spider-Man) is part of the printed costs. For the same reason you can only recur Fury with Make the Call if you pay basic/neutral resources!

@Synisill I was thinking about that after I posted this deck and I think it does work because Requires (Resources) says "cannot be played". I'm not playing Spider-Man, I'm playing Make the Call which "puts that ally into play".

I could 100% be wrong though! I'm not up on all of the latest rulings, I'm just reading "play" and "put into play" as different effects.

@Synisill I also meant to say (I hit enter too soon) that he didn't make it in the deck anyway, but I'd still like an official ruling.
